Privacy Policy

I respect your privacy and take care in handling your personal information. This policy explains how I collect, use, protect, and disclose information in connection with my website, general notary services, and loan and seller signing services in Arizona.

I may collect your name, telephone number, email address, appointment location, billing information, and information you provide when requesting my services.

When performing notarial acts, I examine identification and record information required by Arizona law in my notary journal. This may include your full name, address, signature, identification-document details, and a thumbprint when required by law.

For loan and seller signings, I may receive documents containing sensitive information, including financial information, Social Security numbers, property details, and loan or transaction information. These documents may be provided by you or by a lender, title company, escrow company, attorney, or signing service coordinating your transaction.

I use information to:

- Respond to inquiries and schedule appointments.
- Verify identity and perform notarial acts.
- Coordinate, complete, and return loan or seller signing packages.
- Communicate about your appointment or transaction.
- Process payments and maintain necessary business records.
- Fulfill legal obligations and applicable transaction instructions.

I use sensitive information contained in signing documents only as needed to provide the requested services and meet applicable legal obligations.

I do not sell or rent your personal information.

I may share information as reasonably necessary with the lender, title company, escrow company, attorney, signing service, or other authorized parties involved in your transaction. This may include returning signed documents, transmitting requested scanbacks, and confirming appointment completion.

I may also use service providers for website hosting, communications, payment processing, document delivery, or storage. I may disclose information when required by law, a valid legal process, or applicable notary-record requirements.

I maintain notarial records in accordance with Arizona law.

I maintain strict physical, administrative, and technical security measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. I restrict access to sensitive information to authorized parties who need it to complete the requested services or fulfill legal obligations. Although I take these precautions, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

I retain information only as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain required business records, fulfill applicable contractual obligations, and comply with law. I maintain and transfer notary journals as required by Arizona law. I securely dispose of temporary signing-document copies when they are no longer needed, subject to applicable legal and contractual requirements.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, identification images, financial documents, or other sensitive records through my general website contact form. Contact me to arrange an appropriate delivery method.
